On September 13, 2020, CHARLENE, a premier oriental high-end jewellery brand, celebrated its seven-year anniversary with an extravagant cocktail party at MIFA 1862, a fresh cultural and artistic hotspot in Lujiazui, Shanghai. Notable attendees included the brand's founder, Charlene, renowned artist Yi Wang, and Dongfang Hong Asset Management's General Manager, Ren Li, all of whom graced the event with their speeches.

Since its inception in 2013, CHARLENE has been steadfast in its ambition to be the east's most representative high jewellery brand. The brand's relentless pursuit of quality and technological advancements has seen it accumulate world-class supplier resources, establish an independent design and R&D team, and construct a high-end workshop. CHARLENE received an invitation in 2017 to create a unique jewellery collection for the Palace Museum. Inspired by the museum's collection of fans, the brand dedicated six months to craft eight pieces of exquisitely enchanting oriental jewellery. After a global tour, the collection won widespread acclaim and secured the 2018 Milano Design Week Special Award, marking the first Chinese brand to earn this distinction.
In 2019, CHARLENE transitioned from private customization to public retail, inaugurating its first brick-and-mortar flagship store in Lujiazui, Shanghai. This seven-year journey would not have been possible without the steadfast support of the brand's loyal clientele, which is why CHARLENE remains committed to delivering top-tier customer service. For this celebratory event, the brand invited renowned contemporary sculptor and director of the Sculpture Institute of the China National Academy of Painting, Yi Wang. Yi unveiled his representative work, "Let's Play Happily Together," exclusively for CHARLENE's VIP customers, offering them a unique first look. In his speech at the cocktail party, Yi expressed his ongoing support for the development of Chinese brands.
